About

I wake up often in the night with specific words on my mind. I meditate for a moment on the message to understand their meaning. This is how I have been inspired to create the body of work that I call "Foster Well-Being." It is my name, but the meaning is very profound.
I have had five home births and home schooled all five of my children for part of their education. There was an 18-year gap between my first three children from my first traumatic marriage with and my second two children from my second traumatic marriage.
Both my husbands follow the pattern from my abusive childhood, each with the same type of mental disorders that leads them to violence. My oldest three children show obvious signs of a traumatic divorce. They blame me, accuse me behind my back, and wont speak to me to my face.  I have 14 grandchildren who don't know me, which has caused me decades of undeserved pain. I have high hope's for my two sons that are still at home, but I also see the toll our traumatic family life is having on their confidence and their ability to trust others.
I have had a lot of sorrow in my life, but I have learned to overcome anything that life brings by focusing on fostering well-being in myself and others. I have optimism in the face of it all and have developed a method of coping that keeps me happy and creative most days.
I receive ideas while I am sleeping and wake up with a burst of motivation for the things I will be working on that day. The messages come to me in many forms. Sometimes it's a song or a melody. Sometimes it's an idea for a workbook. Ideas come to me for organizing groups of people in a way that will bring them ultimate well-being. Often it's just one word that unlocks a mystery that I have been stumped by, or and idea how to solve a problem I am struggling with.
FosterWell-Being.org is one of those ideas.  I hope it will inspire you to continue your journey with determination and look for the good in every situation. We all have to work very hard to stay positive in an often negative world, and encourage each other to keep our thoughts and actions full of love and concern for others as well as ourselves.

And if you are broke, it’s hard to move forward with your dreams of having a family.  If you are overwhelmed with family responsibilities, it’s hard to find time to contribute to community projects or further your career.

We all want to improve our lives and are quick to buy into programs that promise to help us make money, lose weight, or strengthen our relationships. However, these critical areas in our lives are interconnected. This course is designed to address all 7 Elements of
Well-Being and help you ascend to the highest version of you!
